I’m a foodie living in Philadelphia who likes to cook anything with a healthy, guilt-free spin. Living near the Italian Market allows to me utilize the most amazing ingredients in the world and I am inspired every time I see something new.
I am winner of NBC’s Next Local TV Chef and its my mission to show the world the gluten free cooking is easy and easily stands up wheat filled counter part.
Experimenting with cuisine from around the world keeps my cooking
exciting. I admit that it’s not always perfect, but you never know until you try, right?
I have recently learned that I have a gluten intolerance and am using this blog as way to share healthy, gluten-free recipes. Overall, I believe that anything you like to eat can be re-created with a healthy spin. From breakfast to dessert, I love the challenge of making healthy dishes from those that are traditionally unhealthy.
Sharing what I make has always come naturally. I’m excited to blog about what I am doing in the kitchen and I am looking forward to the comments.
Enjoy!!!

I am currently accepting products to sample. If it is something gluten free I will blog about it and potentially include it in anything I do.

When our physicist arrived in the X-ray department today, I offered him a cup of coffee and a gluten free chocolate biscotti!! And that’s when your name came up. His name is Tom LaRocca. He told me to check out your website and recommended your new cookbook.
Nice to meet you on-line.
